Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
Defective or incorrect goods
We will accept returns if the item you purchased is defective or has been received incorrectly. We require you to notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and provide us with full details of your complaint along with your invoice or sales order number. We will arrange collection of the goods at your convenience and our cost. Please contact us at 0191 2682000 with details and a returns note will be issued to you to be completed and returned with your goods.
Unwanted goods
Within reason and by agreement we accept returns for unwanted/over ordered goods which must be re-packed in their original packaging and to the same standard as the goods were received. Failure to do so may result in non-credit. Goods will be credited at cost less 20% restocking charge and you are responsible for the return carriage cost. Please contact us at 0191 2682000 with details and a returns note will be issued to you to be completed and returned with your goods.
2. Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and providing the goods have been returned within a reasonable period and are packaged according to our terms above. We will raise a credit to your account and send you a copy of your credit note. For cash account customers, a credit note will be raised and a refund to your credit/debit card will be made upon request. If you are not eligible for a credit you will be notified by email/telephone of the reasons for this.
